About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Richmond Harbour Hotel. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that guest rooms are spotless and meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve the highest standards of room cleanliness.
  • Liaise with the Head Housekeeper/Supervisor to ensure efficient communication and task management.
  • Report any technical issues, damages, or maintenance needs to the Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor.
  • Perform cleaning of all storage, corridors, and public areas, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
  • Follow the correct procedure for lost property.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene rules.
  • Work on a rota basis, including weekends.
Requirements
  • A positive attitude and a focus on quality standards.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Physical mobility and the ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
  • A passion for guest service and a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality.
