Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that guest rooms are spotless and meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve our cleaning goals.
  • Liaise with the Head Housekeeper and Supervisor to ensure efficient communication and task management.
  • Report any technical issues, damages, or maintenance needs to the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor.
  • Perform cleaning tasks in all storage areas, corridors, and public spaces, maintaining quality standards at all times.
  • Follow the correct procedure for lost property and maintain accurate records.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Work on a rota basis, including weekends, to ensure adequate coverage.
