A well-established employer in Brighton is seeking a full-time permanent Senior Credit Controller/Collections Team Leader to join their finance team.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key agent accounts, responding to queries, producing statements and receipts, allocating monies received, running weekly debtors reports, and ensuring debtors reports are up-to-date with detailed information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key agent accounts and resolve queries and escalation cases for late payers
  • Produce statements and receipts, and allocate monies received
  • Run weekly debtors reports and ensure they are up-to-date with detailed information
  • Follow up on payment plans and update as necessary

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills
  • Intermediate Excel, Outlook, Teams/SharePoint skills
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
