Job Title: Associate Director Building Services
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Building Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the technical and financial management of our business, clients, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the workload of Graduates, Project Engineers, Senior Engineers, and Administration colleagues across offices or teams, coordinating the use of all team workload and resource input.
- Ensure problem-solving and innovation oversight across offices or teams.
- Prepare and manage quotations and scope of work by project.
- Undertake active modeling, management, and teaching of engineering competence.
Requirements:
- A high level of computer literacy, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Autodesk Revit MEP, Building Specification (NBS), Cymap, and ideally EDSL Tas and/or IES VE.
- Ability to operate as part of a wider project team and to represent the company with confidence and gravitas to a variety of clients and outside organizations.
- Ten to Fifteen years 'hands-on' design and management experience.
