Shift Team Lead

As a Shift Team Lead at the Beekeepers, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing outstanding service to our guests. You will be part of the day-to-day running of the site, acting as a host, serving guests and confidently leading your team.
You will be required to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, while also being a shift leader and role model for your teams. You will be part of a vibrant and dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will have a passion for great service and training great people, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also benefit from a range of perks, including flexible shifts, 20% discount off all of our brands for friends and family, and free shares in Mitchells & Butlers.
