Job Overview

This fixed-term contract will provide maternity cover for the Paediatric Dietetic Gastroenterology service, supported by the current band dietitian.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nutritional support for children with a wide range of clinical conditions, including inflammatory bowel disease, motility disorders, functional disorders, intestinal failure, coeliac disease, and other malabsorptive and congenital conditions.
  • Support the allergy outpatient service, leading the dietetic care for gastro surgical patients on the ward and supporting junior colleagues with complex allergy patients.
  • Contribute to the senior leadership within dietetics, with the option to be involved in line management of junior colleagues.
