Childcare and Education Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for creating a safe, educational, and fun environment for our children. You will supervise children, ensure their safety, and organize activities such as games, crafts, and educational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the nursery setting effectively, ensuring a high standard of care and education.
- Communicate excellently with children, staff members, and parents, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
- Use creative skills and imagination to provide educational activities that ensure children are happy and learning in a rewarding environment.
- Maintain a positive outlook, keeping children happy and building an environment where they feel secure and rewarded.
- Develop and maintain the nursery budget, ensuring financial stability and growth.
- Monitor the condition of the facility and equipment, organizing maintenance, repairs, and new items as required.
- Update parents and carers about their child's progress and behaviour.
- Prepare the nursery for Ofsted inspections and follow inspector recommendations.
- A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification is required.
- Have a solid knowledge of the EYFS.
- Have a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures.
