About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our children's homes, providing a safe and supportive environment for young people to thrive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a warm and friendly home, ensuring compliance with the Children's Homes Regulations, and leading a team of colleagues to achieve high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of colleagues to provide high-quality care and support to young people
  • Ensure compliance with the Children's Homes Regulations and maintain a high standard of care and quality
  • Lead and develop a team of colleagues to achieve their career potential
  • Undertake a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management to enhance your knowledge and skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive annual salary of £52,000, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a full UK driving licence is required for this role. You will also have the opportunity to undertake a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management, which will enhance your knowledge and skills. Our homes all have a dedicated Deputy Manager to support you, and you will be part of a team that is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people.
