Children's Registered Manager - Residential Opportunity

Compass Associates is proud to be working with an established provider of high-quality children's social care services to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for their residential service in Salford.

The Role

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service, including the leadership and management of the staff team and collaboration with the company's quality team. You will oversee the efficient delivery and development of the service, working closely with the Regional Manager to ensure the children receive the best care.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience of managing an Ofsted-rated 'Good' or above residential home.
  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children's and Young People's Workforce or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification in Children and Young People's Services.
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and policies.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Passionate about providing equal opportunities and a voice for children and young people.
  • Driving Licence - Essential.
