Customer Service Executive Opportunity

We are excited to be working with our esteemed client, a fast-growing and award-winning company, as they seek to recruit additional Customer Service Executives to join their dynamic teams in East Grinstead.

This role has become available due to the company's continued success and strong business levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional front-line support to clients via telephone and email, understanding their unique requirements and delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Resolve day-to-day queries related to the successful delivery of goods, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Services and warehouse Team Leaders, as well as external customers, to ensure the smooth running of all contracts.
  • Manage live chat, addressing inbound queries and escalating them to relevant departments within agreed timeframes.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of working to deadlines and service level commitments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous knowledge and experience in logistics or delivery services are desirable but not essential.
