Cast UK Limited is seeking a highly experienced Vehicle Fleet Manager Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our fleet management function and ensuring that our vehicle fleet is optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

About the Role

You will be responsible for leading a team of fleet managers, providing guidance and support to ensure that our fleet is being managed in the most effective way possible. This will involve developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, as well as analyzing data from our fleet telematics system to identify areas for improvement.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results. You will also need to be commercially aware and able to make recommendations to senior management based on your analysis and findings.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 per annum, plus benefits, and we offer a competitive package of benefits and perks.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of fleet managers, providing guidance and support to ensure that our fleet is being managed in the most effective way possible
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Analyze data from our fleet telematics system to identify areas for improvement
  • Liaise with vehicle manufacturers and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Co-ordinate with partner workshops to ensure efficient maintenance of our vehicles
  • Generate and share fleet data and reports to the wider leadership team
