Job Description:

In this role, you will work closely with project managers to estimate costs, prepare detailed quantity requirements, and monitor construction budgets. You will also negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best pricing for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate construction project costs and prepare detailed quantity requirements.
  • Monitor and control construction budgets to ensure they are met.

  • Review and update project costs as construction work progresses.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Previous experience as a Budgeting Specialist in the construction industry.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
