About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at the Crown & Anchor. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to design and deliver new menu ideas and daily specials.
  • Supervise and mentor junior chefs to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes, working closely with the Head Chef and other members of the culinary team.

Requirements
  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef, with a passion for producing high-quality food and delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges, with a proactive approach to driving sales and delivering growth.
  • A strong understanding of kitchen operations and procedures, with the ability to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour.
