Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this role is £28,000 - £38,000, based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive package that includes pro rata benefits for part-time staff.
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with parents/carers and professionals to provide tailored care solutions that meet the unique needs of our residents.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, families, and colleagues.
- Create and implement personalized care plans to promote independence and skill development.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to care planning discussions.
