Job Description

In this role as a Residential Care Lifestyle Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and delivering activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of residents.

The successful candidate will have experience working in aged community care and hold a Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle or equivalent qualifications.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating engaging and inclusive experiences for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver innovative leisure and lifestyle activities to residents.
  • Lead, guide, and direct staff to plan activities tailored to residents' needs.
  • Promote the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of children and young people.
