Business Development Manager Waterproofing Inspection Systems

At Mitchell Maguire, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in the Waterproofing Inspection Systems sector.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Waterproofing System Inspection Services team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the waterproofing and roofing industry, with a strong track record of sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field sales position selling waterproofing systems inspection services to manufacturers, FM companies, specialist applicators, structural design engineers, contractors, and end users.
- Cover all aspects of design, application, training, monitoring, recording, and reporting.
- Turnover will be determined by your experience.
- Generate new business and expand existing relationships.
- Occasional overnight stays may be required.
Requirements:
- Must have extensive knowledge of waterproofing/roofing industry.
- NVQ2 or level 2 diploma in roofing/waterproofing.
- Ideal candidate will have experience dealing with manufacturers, FM companies, specialist applicators, structural design engineers, contractors, and end users.
- Technically capable and IT literate.
- Driven, hungry sales person.
