We are seeking a highly organized and communicative professional to join our team as a Business Systems Manager at Katie Loxton.
In this role, you will work closely with third-party developers to refine processes, enhance efficiency, and recommend improvements, with a particular focus on NetSuite and ecommerce platforms.
You will lead efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our core business systems, collaborating with our teams to ensure seamless system functionality and maintain data integrity across operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage system integrations and ensure data integrity across platforms
- Oversee system implementation projects and ensure smooth transition to live environment
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for business systems, working closely with internal teams and third-party vendors
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Develop and implement best practices for system use and management
- Train staff on the effective use of business systems
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements
- Document system configurations, processes, and changes thoroughly
- Extensive experience with NetSuite, including system implementation, integration, and management
- A strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and their integration with ERP systems
- The ability to adapt to changing business priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels, with the ability to explain technical issues in non-technical terms
- Excellent organizational skills
- The ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of people from different backgrounds or roles
- Knowledge of business processes and ERP systems
- Previous experience in ecommerce and understanding of ecommerce-related technologies
- A salary of circa £45,000
- 25 days holiday rising to 27 with length of service, plus bank holiday
