Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:

GSH Projects is seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our Major Projects Division, you will be responsible for cost management and commercial activities on our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of applications for payment
Collation and pricing of variations as and when required
Creation and analysis of end of project profit and loss reports
Obtaining variation costs from contractors and issuing valuation payment notices
Taking commercial responsibility of the project, including negotiations up to and including final account agreements
Responsible for the collection of retention
Liaising with suppliers and Contractors as necessary with regards to commercial aspects following order placement

Requirements:

Proven experience within the commercial construction industry
Stakeholder management
Understanding of technical drawings
Knowledge and awareness of contracts
