Senior Building Surveyor

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join our team in Weston-Super-Mare. As a key member of our housing environment team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Property Condition Surveyors and delivering surveys and data collection in relation to condition and energy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead a team of Property Condition Surveyors in delivering surveys and collecting data in relation to condition and energy
* Manage and set objectives for the team
* Identify and effectively manage day-to-day risks
* Administer budgets
* Provide guidance and support to team members

**Requirements:**

* Excellent knowledge and understanding of Building Surveying
* Hold qualifications in property surveying RICS, CIOB, CABE or equivalent, or willingness to work towards professional qualification
* Demonstrate knowledge of Health and Safety legislation in relation to management of housing and the construction industry including CDM
* Willingness to undertake professional development on a continuous basis keeping up to date with surveying profession
* Experience of line management or coaching
