About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join our team in Weston-Super-Mare. As a key member of our property condition surveying team, you will be responsible for delivering surveys and collecting data on property condition and energy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Property Condition Surveyors, ensuring the successful delivery of surveys and data collection.
  • Set objectives and manage the team's performance, identifying and mitigating day-to-day risks.
  • Administer budgets and provide strategic guidance to the team.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and sustainability.
Requirements
  • Hold a Chartered Building Surveyor qualification or equivalent, with a strong understanding of building surveying principles.
  • Proven experience in line management or coaching, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, including CDM.
  • Ability to demonstrate continuous professional development and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends.
