Classroom Support Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to fill the role of Cover Supervisor. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing classrooms in the absence of regular teachers, ensuring students remain engaged and focused on their work.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage classrooms with minimal disruption to the learning environment.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain student discipline according to school policies.
- Provide constructive feedback to teaching staff on student progress.
- Support students with their learning needs as required.
- Ensure a safe and productive learning environment at all times.
- Prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt to diverse classroom environments.
- Patience and a positive attitude towards supporting students.
- Flexibility to work on short notice when necessary.
- A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
- Competitive daily rate of pay (£90-£120 per day).
