Credit Controller

Adecco is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team on a temporary basis, with a view to a permanent role. The successful candidate will work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all monies received and ensure timely allocation
- Monitor debtors' performance and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Produce regular reports to track debtors' progress and identify areas for improvement
- Process overdue debt for legal action and negotiate with customers to resolve disputes
- Review and update credit limits as necessary
- Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Experience in credit control and a strong understanding of financial procedures
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and pivot tables
- Ability to work with high-spending customers and maintain a professional demeanor
