National Retail Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled National Retail Development Manager to drive growth of the Maverick Drinks brand portfolio across Grocery and luxury retail channels.
This role requires a strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop joint business plans to deliver against budgeted growth targets.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating national retail strategies in line with Maverick's strategic objectives and utilising your expertise of the craft spirits category to share insights and facilitate decision making.
Key responsibilities include managing the full commercial picture from accurate forecasting to A&P investment, delivering liquid, brand and category training to embed our brands, and identifying future opportunities within your account base.
Salary:£55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Additionally, you will receive private healthcare scheme, unlimited annual leave, pension, cycle-2-work, eye care, enhanced maternity & paternity leave, free food, drinks and parking at the office.
