Job Title: Sales Lead Generator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead Generator to join our team at Ten2Two Ltd. As a Sales Lead Generator, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new sales leads
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Manage own workload effectively and work co-operatively with other teams
Requirements:
- Demonstrable ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets
- Proven track record of strong client relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Competent with Microsoft office, word, excel and outlook
What We Offer:
- Up to £28k FTE per annum for full time hours (pro-rated for part-time hours)
- Plus Commission and bonus payments
- 28 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays) per year Rising to 33 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays) after two years service
- Pension 3% Employer contribution (after qualifying period)
- Benefits programme which enables employees to annually claim for dental and optical plus additional benefits (after qualifying period)
Location: Hove
Working Hours: Open to part-time hours as long as these can be spread across 5 days. Or full-time.
