We are seeking an experienced Insurance Administrator/Account Handler to join our team and support our clients in achieving their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.

About the Opportunity:
  • Provide administrative support to commercial insurance clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and grow the client base.
  • Use Acturis to provide quotations and manage e-traded products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Relevant insurance experience, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Proficiency in Acturis is mandatory.
  • A strong desire to pursue CII qualifications to advance career prospects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
