An Account Development Manager is required by Trevett Project Services to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in Manchester. This full-time permanent role offers a salary of up to £80,000 per annum, including a comprehensive benefits package.

Role Summary

You will play a vital part in developing working processes and efficiencies in delivering life cycle obligations for a national FM & building services provider. Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding complex PFI Contracts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Improving difficult working relationships within the consortium.
  • Defending potential claims from clients and managing subsequent deductions under the payment mechanism.
  • Leading on risk management and compliance.

Essential qualifications include:

  • Significant experience delivering FM and/or outsourced solutions.
  • Excellent commercial and financial acumen with experience of running multiple clients/stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
