About the Role
This Compliance and Process Improvement Professional position at Yokogawa Electric Corporation requires a skilled professional to ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems. The role involves working across the organization to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maintain high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with corporate, industry, and government standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement training programs to educate stakeholders on QHSSE best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
• Manage internal QHSSE related process improvement projects from start to finish.

Requirements:
• 5 years working experience in QHSSE, preferably in a technical project organization.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of ISO9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or technical program.
• Experience of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Working Conditions:
• 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required to meet customer and business needs.
• Permanent contract with a competitive salary, depending on experience.
• Benefits, including pension, death in service cover, bonus, healthcare, and holiday entitlement.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
