Job Description
The QHSSE Governance Expert at Yokogawa Electric Corporation will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of Quality Management Systems are implemented and maintained across the organization. This includes software delivery and solutions, as well as providing QHSSE training, tools, and techniques to stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems across the organization.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate stakeholders on QHSSE best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
• Manage internal QHSSE related process improvement projects from start to finish.

Requirements:
• 5 years working experience in QHSSE, preferably in a technical project organization.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of ISO9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or technical program.
• Experience of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Working Conditions:
• 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required to meet customer and business needs.
• Permanent contract with a competitive salary, depending on experience.
• Benefits, including pension, death in service cover, bonus, healthcare, and holiday entitlement.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
