At GenesisCare, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior SACT Nurse to join our team at our state-of-the-art cancer care centre in Oxford. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality chemotherapy nursing services to patients, providing specialist advice and support, and working closely with medical consultants to ensure the best possible outcomes.

The Role:

  • Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing chemotherapy, assessing their health needs and developing individualised care plans.
  • Work autonomously, taking charge of patient caseloads and making decisions about treatment and care.
  • Collaborate with medical consultants and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain advanced knowledge and skills in intravenous access, central venous catheter management, and chemotherapy delivery.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in intravenous drug administration and chemotherapy administration.
  • Post-registration nursing experience in oncology or a related specialty.
  • Ability to work accurately and reliably under pressure, making decisions and prioritising tasks.
  • UKONS SACT Passport or equivalent qualification.
