Care and Support Associate

At Accomplish, we are seeking a highly skilled Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

Key Responsibilities- Providing day-to-day support and promoting independence among our service users.
- Encouraging personal development through hobbies and interests.
- Maintaining and assisting with healthcare needs, including accompanying service users to appointments or administering medication.
- Assisting with personal care and domestic tasks as required.
- Offering guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
- No prior experience in the care sector is necessary; comprehensive training is provided.
- An estimated salary of £12.70 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
- 6 weeks' annual leave per year.
- A DBS check covered by us, with further renewals also covered.
- A Staff Referral Scheme, where you can refer a friend to join Keys Group and split a £500 referral bonus between you.
