Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with various abilities in a positive education environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Developing and implementing personalized teaching approaches
  • Maintaining accurate student progress records
  • Completing administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the college
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide additional educational support in the classroom
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching in Schools or willingness to work towards it
  • Previous experience working in a classroom environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passionate about supporting children with various abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Enhanced DBS check and commitment to safeguarding
