About the Role
Energizer Holdings is seeking a talented Designer, Creative Design to support our mission through the development and execution of packaging and design solutions for our multi-branded portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand treatment, priority initiatives, and communication to drive brand preference and align with global brand and product strategies.
- Responsible for timely and precise creation and driving packaging designs from concept through final delivery of print-ready files based on supplied specifications.
- Create print-ready production files using templates to maintain consistency across projects.
- Execute brand and product assets as assigned, including packaging designs, mockups, and samples.
- Organize assets, shepherd/traffic to stakeholders, and execute asset deployment.
- Review files prior to releasing/delivering to ensure adherence to established standards.
- Interact with vendor art departments and printers.
- Collaborate with design specialists, including industrial designers, illustrators, retouchers, and photographers.
Requirements
- 4-year degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in packaging graphic design with an emphasis on CPG.
- Demonstrate expertise in design fundamentals, including typography, layout, and color theory.
- High fluency and in-depth knowledge of Adobe CS, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Understanding of die line creation, layout, typography, color palettes, and processes.
- Knowledge of printing processes and technologies and how it affects different substrate materials.
- Creative concept skills, category/product research, and brainstorming.
- Able to work with little supervision and on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
