Lead a Residential Elderly Care Home with Chroma Recruitment
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Home Manager to lead our residential elderly care home, providing high-quality care and support to our residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring that all aspects of care meet the highest standards.
About the Role:
- This is an opportunity to work in a luxurious elderly residential home with a proven track record of delivering excellent care and achieving Good and Outstanding CQC reports.
- You will be responsible for managing the home autonomously, making decisions that will shape the future of the service and drive improvement.
- A competitive salary package up to £75,000 per annum awaits the successful candidate, along with 25 days holiday + bank holidays and a bonus scheme.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 5 or equivalent in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Significant experience in a care environment, preferably with a background in the CQC framework
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all aspects of care meet the highest standards, maintaining a culture of quality and excellence.
- Work closely with the Senior Management Team to achieve the company's vision and goals.
- Foster strong relationships with local healthcare providers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless referrals and collaboration.

- Will possess a strong leadership style, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Will have a passion for delivering high-quality care, with a focus on resident-centered services.
- Will be highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
