We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional care to our clients in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our clients with their daily living needs, including personal care, medication management, and household tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with medication management, including administering medication and monitoring side effects
  • Support clients with household tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfers, such as getting in and out of bed or using the bathroom

Requirements

  • Experience working in care or a related field (not required)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
