We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to serve as the Vicar of Hemingford Grey and Rector of Hemingford Abbots. This is a unique opportunity to lead two lively and distinct parishes in attractive rural settings, each with its own traditions and styles.
About the Role- Lead two congregations with a strong sense of community and a desire to grow and learn.
- Develop and implement strategies to reach out to all age groups, including children, young people, and families.
- Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic and skilled individuals to achieve a greater impact in our communities and mission activities.
- Provide spiritual guidance and support to the people of both parishes.
- Work closely with the Diocese of Ely to ensure the success of the role.
- A vibrant faith and a passion for helping others grow in their faith.
- Experience in leading and participating in a wide range of worship styles and formats.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to delegate and identify and encourage gifts and leadership in others.
- A commitment to serving the community and promoting the values of the Diocese of Ely.
