**Job Title:** Part-Time Housekeeper

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team at Thornbury Castle. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our public areas and guest rooms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Clean and tidy bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard, including vacuuming, polishing, and refreshing linen and towels.
* Clean and maintain our public areas, ensuring they are ready for guests.
* Restock guest room supplies, including linen, amenities, and collaterals.
* Engage with guests where required and provide excellent customer service.
* Report any maintenance deficiencies to the Housekeeping Manager.

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive hourly rate of £11.92 (dependent on experience).
* Part-time permanent position, 20 hours per week, with a 10:30am start and 2:30pm finish, 5 days a week.
* One evening turndown shift per week.
* Additional share of service charge and tips (paid out every 2 months).
* 28-day holiday, including bank holidays, plus a paid day off on your birthday.
