**Job Title:** Part-Time Housekeeper

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team at Thornbury Castle. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Cleaning and Maintenance:** Ensure bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned to a high standard, including vacuuming, polishing, and refreshing linen and towels.
  • **Public Area Cleaning:** Clean and tidy our public areas, including reception, corridors, and lounges, to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • **Supply Restocking:** Restock guest room supplies, including linen, amenities, and collaterals, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • **Guest Engagement:** Engage with guests where required, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • **Reporting and Maintenance:** Report any maintenance deficiencies to the housekeeping manager, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly.
