Job Description:

Mars is embarking on a digital-first journey, aiming to revolutionize e-commerce and offer a seamless experience for pet parents. Our Connected Commerce team is at the forefront of this transformation, and we're seeking a talented individual to lead our skills and capability framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a fact-based framework to identify skills and capabilities required for success in each career path.
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify key competencies and skills required for advancement.
  • Advocate for employees' career development needs within the HR team and the broader organization.
  • Use the We Grow tool to foster employee development and integrate enterprise standards and gamification.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience leading process and structure in a project management capacity.
  • Good understanding of Digital and commerce, having worked with agencies and e-commerce teams in the US & EU.
  • Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects on a global scale.
