We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Digital Information Officer to lead our digital transformation journey. Main Responsibilities- Lead the digital team and develop a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the Trust's strategic framework.
- Oversee the delivery of Digital Transformation, Data and Technology services within the Trust to a high standard.
- Collaborate with clinicians and staff to enhance the use of digital systems across the organisation, enabling the achievement of benefits and seamless integration of digital solutions.
- Develop and implement innovative digital solutions that support the Trust's objectives and improve patient care.
- Work closely with senior leadership, clinical teams, and external partners to develop and implement digital strategies that meet the needs of service users, the organisation, and health and care systems.
- Professional / academic qualification at masters level or equivalent experience.
- Evidence of continuous personal development.
- Awareness of Clinical Safety Officer role through experience or qualification.
- Experience of managing health and/or social care digital services at a Director level.
- Experience working in multiple health and care settings, including mental health and community health care settings.
- Experience in leading large and complex Shared Services spanning multiple care settings.
- Substantial line management experience, including senior management and specialists.
- Able to create / shape innovative strategic vision and plans for the best possible long-term benefit of service users, the organisation, and health and care systems.
- Significant experience in delivering service improvements and transformational change through the implementation of Digital Technologies.
