About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the management of a portfolio of securitisation and structured finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage company secretarial obligations for allocated special purpose vehicles (SPVs)
  • Draft board minutes using templates and ensure timely organisation and preparation of board meetings
  • Ensure good legal standing of all SPVs under management by filing confirmation statements and financial statements
  • Support the team with transaction management, including incorporation, on-boarding, regulatory license applications, and document execution
  • Update internal databases with information on SPVs and transactions
  • Assist with client service-oriented culture by providing timely responses to client requests and monitoring professionalism in communication
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of internal processes and procedures for all transactions
  • Draft CSC services agreements, fee letters, and ancillary documents
  • Complete bank account opening forms and provide KYC information on SPVs
Business Development:
  • Attend legal training sessions relevant to our industry
  • Provide high-quality service to clients by answering phone calls and emails in a swift and professional manner
  • Ensure the quality of client files is in high standing with regard to completeness and accuracy
Compliance:
  • Adhere to the CSC client acceptance process and procedures
  • Execute periodic review of client files to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Actively monitor transactions under management
  • Ensure all client entities comply with relevant regulations
Client Invoicing:
  • Submit time recording on a timely basis to ensure appropriate chargeability and proper invoicing of chargeable work
  • Submit fixed fees and expenses in a correct and timely manner
Administration:
  • Support the team with opening and filing post, arranging couriers, and filings
Requirements:
  • Graduate in Law, Business, or Economics (ideally 2.1 or above)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Conscientious and diligent, with high attention to detail
  • Professional, friendly demeanour
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and flexible
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
