About the Role

CSC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Asset Governance and Transaction Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Governance and Transaction team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of a portfolio of securitisation and structured finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a team of Governance and Transaction Managers with the management of a portfolio of securitisation and structured finance transactions.
  • Promote a client service-oriented culture by providing timely responses to client requests, personal attention, complaint follow-up, and monitoring the professionalism in communication with clients, colleagues, and intermediaries.
  • Apply for LEIs, GIINs, and data protection licenses.
  • Complete bank account opening forms and provide KYC information on special purpose vehicles (SPVs).
  • Support the managers in the proper handling of transactions, including but not limited to incorporation, on-boarding, regulatory license applications, and document execution in line with processes and procedures.
  • Update the internal database with information on the SPVs and transactions you are managing.
  • Help manage the timely organisation and preparation of board meetings.
  • Ensure good legal standing of all SPVs under management during the whole lifecycle of companies, by filing confirmation statements and financial statements.
  • Attend legal training sessions relevant to our industry.
  • Provide high-quality service to our clients by answering phone calls and email in a swift and professional manner.
  • Ensure the quality of client files is in high standing with regard to completeness and accuracy, and in accordance with the filing processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduate in Law, Business, or Economics (ideally 2:1 or above).
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and flexible.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
