Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Asset Management Professional to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Junior Property Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of transactions of both commercial and residential assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage transactions of commercial and residential assets, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Support the Asset Managers in portfolio optimization and management, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Collaborate with external consultants and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases for property management purposes.
Requirements
- Qualification at degree level in a relevant field, such as property management or a related discipline.
- Membership of or working towards an appropriate professional organization, such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
- Proven experience in transactional management, with a strong understanding of Landlord and Tenant legislation.
- Excellent influencing and negotiating skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to handle large and varied workloads, with strong customer-facing skills and excellent reporting skills.
