Job Overview

CF Industries is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Technician to join our Maintenance Group at our Billingham Manufacturing site in the UK. As an Electrical Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment, including fault finding and troubleshooting.
  • Install and commission new electrical equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in electrical systems and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Comprehensive knowledge of electrical safety risks and regulations, including COMAH top tier site requirements.
  • Competent Person 'A' status under FW66 and partially authorised person under the CF HV Rules.
  • Experience using computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) and proficient user of MS office suite.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
