Care Support Worker

Helping Hands is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join their team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting adults in their own homes, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Help with mobility, including transferring and repositioning clients
- Administer medication and provide medical support as needed
- Perform household tasks, such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry
- Run errands, including grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
Benefits:
- Paid mileage of 35p per mile between calls
