About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enabling Support Worker to join our team at Brookside House. As an Enabling Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and encouragement to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live a fulfilling and independent life.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centred support and encouragement to individuals with disabilities
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to service requirements
  • Administering personal care and medication as required
  • Covering sleep-in sessions and receiving an additional £60 per sleep-in

Brookside House is a modern residential care home for adults with disabilities, located in a leafy area of Edgware, north London. Our service takes a person-centred, flexible approach to ensure residents have control and choice over their care.
