About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing function and develop a robust strategy in line with the company's overall goals for growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will partner with our CEO to drive acquisition, retention, and growth through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and Leading a High-Performing Marketing Team: You will lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, setting clear goals and expectations. You will create a positive, collaborative, and driven culture within the function, building on the existing structure to address skill gaps and anticipate future growth plans.
  • Developing and Implementing Marketing Strategies: You will develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our company goals. You will identify target audiences and develop plans that drive revenue growth and brand awareness, pushing the company forward across areas such as customer acquisition, retention, and brand reputation.
  • Performance Measurement and Analysis: You will showcase your knowledge of digital marketing and analytics to ensure the effective use of digital channels to drive growth. You will leverage data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make informed decisions on future marketing activities.
  • Driving Product Adoption: You will have a strong understanding of product marketing to ensure the success of new products - from conceptualization to launch. You will create effective go-to-market strategies through various marketing channels.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a marketing leader or similar role in an executive marketing leadership role in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Track Record of Success: A proven track record of driving growth and increasing brand awareness.
  • Technical Understanding: A strong understanding of technology and the ability to translate technical concepts into simple, compelling messaging.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Paid Ads Experience: Experience in Paid Ads.
  • Passion for Innovation: A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French - The core language of our business.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • SaaS Industry Experience: Experience within the SaaS Industry.
  • International Experience: Any experience in multiple markets (EMEA, US, APAC, etc.).
