About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Paediatric Community Care Manager to lead our community paediatrics team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in child development, ASD, ADHD, and neurodisability, as well as excellent leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of community paediatric services across Morecambe Bay
- Develop and implement effective strategies for child development and wellbeing
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for children with special needs

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., medicine, psychology)
- Postgraduate qualification in paediatrics or child development (desirable)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role in paediatrics or child development

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: £100,000 - £125,000 per annum

Location
The role will be based at Longlands Child Development Centre, with satellite clinics across Morecambe Bay.
