Role Description: As a Paediatric Dietitian with University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust, you will be an integral member of our paediatric dietetic team, providing expert care and support to children and young people with complex nutritional needs. Your responsibilities will include assessing and managing patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, participating in audit and quality improvement initiatives, and contributing to the development of educational programs for students and junior staff.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • HCPC registration as a Dietitian
  • Postgraduate qualification in Paediatric Dietetics or equivalent experience
  • Supervisory and appraisal skills, with experience in mentoring students
  • Dietetic knowledge and expertise at a specialist level or above
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong working relationships
