Our company is built around relationships, innovation, and customer service. We're looking for a talented Lead Generation Administrator to join our team and help us grow our presence in the market.
The Role
You'll be responsible for onboarding new customers, generating leads, and ensuring a healthy pipeline of prospective customers for our sales teams. You'll work closely with our sales and customer relations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and upload accurate data to our CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding new customers and gaining initial orders.
- Liaising with sales and customer relations teams.
- Uploading accurate data to our CRM and maintaining regular updates and cleansing.
- Researching, prospecting, and qualifying potential new trade clients.
- Outbound dialling UK trade clients to offer promotions, competition opportunities, and invites to events.
- Generating qualified and engaged leads and opportunities.
About You
We're looking for someone who is outgoing, tenacious, and has a passion for business development. You should have good commercial and business awareness, with the ability to identify good prospects. Experience in outbound calls and lead generation is essential.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech savvy and able to pick up new programmes quickly.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.
