As a Roadside Recovery Driver with The AA, you'll be the first point of contact for our members in need of assistance. Your role will be to provide a safe and reassuring presence, ensuring our customers feel supported and cared for during their time of need.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to roadside emergencies, providing a calm and professional demeanor to our customers.
- Operate a range of vehicles, including HGV recovery trucks, to transport vehicles to a garage for repair.
- Work independently, using your expertise to solve a variety of issues and provide solutions to our customers.
- Collaborate with our mechanics and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- A full driving category C driving licence (HGV 2) and ideally a CE (HGV 1) licence too.
- A Driver CPC qualification and a digital drivers/tachograph card.
- Comfortable adapting to new technology and working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
